When training with your training program and plyometric workouts, you need to determine the amount of repetitions that you will do before performing the exercise. That way you can make sure that you get enough out of your workout. If you feel good while doing the exercise, then you can always add more repetitions. Just make sure that you do enough to help your leg muscles benefit from each exercise. There is no point in working out if you do not do enough to gain strength. As you begin to understand the ability of your legs during workouts, you should be able to accurately determine the amount of repetitions before any workout.
