When I retired from the United States Coast Guard five years ago I was in excellent shape. I am just a tad over 6 feet tall and when I retired from the Navy I weighed around 175 pounds. I was 41 years old and was feeling pretty good about my overall health. Three years later I was the same height, although I felt shorter, and weighed 222 pounds. I tried to go back to the way I use exercise, but it just wasn’t working. After reading a bistro md diet review I became convinced that this diet would be for me. I’m kind of lazy when it comes to cooking anyhow so I like the fact that they deliver the food to the door.
