Many overweight people suffer from an insecurity when it comes to food. They feel compelled to eat as much as they can now. They cannot say no to food. They fear that they will be “missing out” on the pleasure and delight of the food if they eat it now, or if they finish all of their portion size, and have 2 or 3 servings of food. But this is very unhealthy. You need to realize that you do NOT have to eat everything all at once now. You should save some of your food later.
